This ten week course is an excellent opportunity to get to grips with all the possibilities of your digital camera, and to build your creativity as well as your technical skill. The course includes:
• Different types of photography i.e. landscape, portrait, action etc.
• Image manipulation with Photoshop
You will be based in one of our state-of-the-art graphics suites, but you will also use the Lighting studio.
Some basic materials will be supplied throughout the course but you may need to purchase further specialist materials.
Students are expected to have a DSLR or bridge camera (not point and shoot). Please read your manual carefully before the first class.
New comers are welcome, you will be working in a mixed ability group.
Students will be using recent versions of Photoshop on Mac computers.
Recruitment - if we do not recruit to our target numbers we will try to offer the courses at reduced hours, or merge classes on different nights. If a course does not recruit enough students to run, you will receive a refund. Please refer to the Adult Course Guide for guidance on other refund issues.

We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.
Informal verbal assessment will take place during each session on a one-to-one or group presentation/critique basis.
