Core Units: Work Effectively and Safely in an Engineering Environment Engineering Principles and Practice Principal Units: Principals of Mechanical Manufacture Two Optional Units: Milling Turning One further unit * from: CNC Machining or Computer Aided Design *please note your choice of further unit may be restricted by class demand. Entry requirements It is expected that candidates should have Applying Engineering Principles Level 2, Certificate in Engineering 2800 level 2 or equivalent in order to be able to satisfactorily complete the course of study. Without evidence of formal qualifications, candidates must be able to demonstrate prior adequate knowledge and experience necessary to complete the course.
