Course programme

What will I study on the course?

The course consists of students working within the realistic working environment (RWE) of the Hospitality Department. Learners will work within the Wansbeck Restaurant, our 40 cover training restaurant, which is open to members of the public as well as staff and students. You will be expected to take part in coffee, lunch and evening dinner services.
