Course Objectives To provide each delegate with the knowledge to conduct negotiations in today's tough markets with skilled buyers and without making excessive concessions. Allow each delegate to improve their negotiation skills through a series of participative exercises.
Suitable for: Who Will Benefit From This Course? This is an advanced course designed for sales people, sales negotiators and account managers where negotiation with customers and buyers is part of the sales process. It will benefit those who face tough buyers and want to develop their negotiation skills and techniques so that they can achieve the best outcome.

You will need to attend at least 80% of this course, one day per week, friday 10 - 5pm excluding school holidays. you will need to be motivated, willing to participate in collaborative learning and wish to be a Counsellor.

This is a practitioner course, allowing you to become a qualified Counsellor. It is taught over 24 months, one day per week Friday, to exclude school holidays. The course is Integrative using Transactional Analysis and Gestalt applications and theoretical models, teaching at a high level and with indepth,learning about Ego states, Script Analysis, Psychological Games, Impasse theory, Transactions, Discounting, and Introjects and Injunctions, etc and have lots of experiential opportunities with the Gestalt applications. You will be part of a small training group, with highly experienced and qualified tutors who are all Counsellor s and tutors. You can expect to experience lots of personal growth and development, accute awareness and knowledge of process in a safe and caring environment. It is expected that you will experience placements, working with the public to enhance your knowledge and skills, and will undertake regular supervision, and personal therapy. As this course is accredited, we work to government legislation and we experience regular moderated visits. If you have some previous counselling training, at certificate level, and wish to train and not disrupt your childcare arrangements and weekends, then this is an ideal opportunity to train as a counsellor.
You will be able to apply and work in most counselling areas. You can expect to have a recognised and Nationally validated and accredited Level 4, which will allow you to progress to either a level 5 or a foundation degree in counselling.
