Is this course for me?
This course suits union representatives or members who wish to
develop skills to enhance education and recruitment sessions with
members.
What will I study?
This course explores a range of educational methods for use with
unning discussion groups at work. It includes group work,
presentation skills and role-play. Students learn through the
practical planning and delivery of an educational session on a
trade union topic.

This can lead to other Unionlearn courses.
This can lead to employment in:

• TUC National Tutor training

What are the entry requirements?

You will need to be selected by your trade union to join this
course.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is by completion of a portfolio of evidence generated
during the course, and on completion of planning and running an
educational session.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
