My course (cognitive therapy) was centered around considerations and emotions. You will survey scholars, for example, Aaron Beck and Carl Gustav Jung and their work. You will audit the psychoanalytical psychology by Sigmund Freud including behaviorism and humanistic brain research. The course was an extraordinary expansion to my present information about these individuals and ended up being exceptionally pleasant experience also.

I felt my tutor was very helpful in all asspects , I really appreciated the support he gave me and the advice along the way. As I done this course to move my career in a different direction I felt it was excellent value for money and has put me on the right road to follow a new career in web design. Fahmida was always enthusiastic even when getting a team of strangers to interact was not dissimilar to trying to get a class of students to decide who wants to present their project first. Her skills & ability to listen without judgement were evident when in session 4 people felt comfortable enough to volunteer and talk through their own mental health struggles in a (virtual) room of 15 strangers. It was a fun and informative training course & I will definitely keep the workbooks for reference in the future. The team was always available to help if I needed it.

Very enjoyable, course materials were excellent, providing lots of reading and all very relevant. Paper copy makes it easy to flip through when studying. The tutor feedback on assignments was very detailed and useful.
