Course Content
Having a diversity strategy has now become integral to the evolvement of many organisations’ vision. The benefits to all are becoming clearer to all - we can support you in achieving that vision from conducting a diversity audit to writing a strategy, training your staff and finally supporting you in putting the strategy into action – often the most difficult.
Diversity is a subject that can be viewed with fear: fear of saying and doing the wrong thing, inadvertently causing offence, losing your job, being seen to be ignorant, being labeled. Our approach is holistic; listening, valuing and guiding; that all are equal and deserve to be heard and that fairness is integral in all that we do.

In order to provide people with the same opportunities, we often need to provide them with different interventions. The Springboard Women’s Development Programme and the Navigator Men’s Development Programme reflect the gender difference with which women and men approach personal development issues.
In addition we can provide consultancy and training specifically on Gender Equality issues.
