Course information
It is beneficial for the multi-disciplinary team to get together and address their needs collectively as a group.
Team training also aids in implementing change and working towards solutions. Another benefi t is rather than attend training individually, training is taken to teams.

Course objectives

All teams working in the Trust.

Prerequisites of course
Preliminary meetings to plan training.
Pre-training questionnaire for staff profiles and to address needs of team members.

Training methods employed on the course
Theoretical presentation; discussion; question and answer; group work; problem solving and action planning.

Course materials and equipment

Course handbook, PowerPoint presentation, video, OHP slides, flipcharts; pair and group work exercises.

Follow up work if applicable
Candidates encouraged to complete the Diversity e-Learning programme on the Trust Intranet.
Participants are encouraged to take up some key concerns/issues about work and consider changes/solutions as a team.
