Half-day awareness course: Thinking Skills

Course Overview
Different situations in the workplace often require different approaches. This course will enable participants to choose a suitable way of thinking in order to get the best from each scenario. Content includes: creative thinking, thinking outside of the box, and decision making. Beneficial to those looking to develop their creativity and problem solving skills. Suitable for Managers and Team Leaders or anyone wishing to increase their choices when faced with difficult situations or recurring problems.

Course Structure
Venue: Thanet College Professional Development Centre (upstairs in OLRC).

Mode of Attendance: 3 hour session.

Qualification Aims
This course will be useful to those who wish to understand how their thinking affects their behaviour and that of others.

Assessments/Examinations
The session has no assessment.

There will be an attendance certificate on completion of the session.
