Aims To provide an understanding of the key issues of customer service and the benefits of employees' contribution to the company's and their own success, and to understand the key issues affecting the driver's role in transporting school children.
Objectives On completion of training delegates should demonstrate an understanding of:

This course enables employers to meet the compliance and legal requirements with regard to employees being given appropriate information and training regarding the carriage of school children.
