Course programme
The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 requires that employers assess the risks to employees (and sub-contractors) of work with computers. There are additional duties to provide eyesight tests and spectacles (or other corrective appliances) where required. Because of the nature of the risks, an individual assessment is required for each DSE training user, therefore many organisations choose to train enough people as DSE assessors in order to fulfill this function.
