Whilst on the Foundation Certificate in Building Craft Occupations you will work towards other qualifications as well such as:
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)[Optional]
A CSCS card will show that you have a level of Health and Safety awareness and it will be required for any type of on-site work.

Cutting and laying bricks and blocks to line

Mix Materials
Identify and list type, size, quantity and position of materials

Gauging and mixing mortar or concrete by hand
Gauging and mixing plaster by hand

Apply Finishing Materials
Identify and list type, size, quantity and position of materials
Applying paints by brush and roller
