I'm very grateful for the time you spent with me last Thursday and Friday on the Key Account Management Course. I left feeling really inspired and ready take my accounts to the “next level”. The training from last week was excellent and everyone (including our sceptical salespeople) thought it was really helpful. When you put your neck on the line and organise something like this you can only hope it goes well and I certainly wasn’t disappointed.
