The Intermediate Apprenticeship is for those who work, or want to work, with children from birth to 19 years in settings or services whose main purpose is childcare. Apprentices will learn the skills to ensure children are looked after, kept active, happy and nourished. Apprentices will also help children to develop social and practical skills.
