History
East Training & Consultancy was established in 2004 by Patricia Dearnaley, who, with many years experience in supported and sheltered housing, is convinced that some private sector practices, if sensitively used, can enable the voluntary and not-for-profit sector to improve services to vunerable people, and to make real changes to the life outcomes for its clients. Changes to the regulation and commissioning of support services has encouraged the sector to see itself as social businesses, and at East Training & Consultancy, our priority is to enable the sector to meet the new challenges ahead.
