Professional and Specialist Editing online - BWR307: This senior editing distance learning course is designed for editors who are already happy that they have advanced proofreading and copy editing skills and techniques and who want to move up to more senior or specialised roles. Senior editors are upper-level executives working in the publishing field and he or she will often oversee lower-level editors. These would normally include: copy editors, junior editors, proofreaders and writers. Senior editors also work with publishers to make decisions over what content should be published. Some examples of editorial collaboration include magazine and newspaper features, books, trade journals and website content, among others.
