About this course

This course will enable you to develop and improve your abilities as an educational leader. It will also enhance your reflective and critical capabilities, providing a sound basis for their next career move.

Recent graduates of the course include classroom leadership innovators, middle level leaders, senior managers, local authority advisors and independent consultants, and international educators who now hold a range of senior positions. Each year a number of graduates from the course go on to undertake doctoral studies.

Teaching:

The course employs a variety of teaching approaches customised to students’ learning needs. You will take two core modules, two optional modules, and a dissertation in an area of leadership in which you are particularly interested. This will be your individual research project, and you will receive one-to-one support from your academic supervisor.
