Recent graduates of the course include classroom leadership innovators, middle level leaders, senior managers, local authority advisors and independent consultants, and international educators who now hold a range of senior positions. Each year a number of graduates from the course go on to undertake doctoral studies.

Teaching:
The course employs a variety of teaching approaches customised to students’ learning needs. You will take two core modules, two optional modules, and a dissertation in an area of leadership in which you are particularly interested. This will be your individual research project, and you will receive one-to-one support from your academic supervisor. Assessment:
