Our course will immerse you in the core elements of diversity, inclusivity, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), along with research, innovation and strategic leadership. You will learn how to critically analyse your current or future work environment and explore key concepts underpinning effective leadership within educational contexts, as well as coaching and mentoring within the workplace.
From mainstream schools to alternative provision, charities and community projects, our master’s degree in Educational Leadership reflects the wealth of education environments in which you may work, with placements incorporated into the course to allow you to apply the theory to your own context in order to meet your personal development aims.
