Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity. Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times. Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out. Have a good understanding of the need for customer care and be able to demonstrate this to a high standard.
