The world goes crazy about smart technologies and the opportunities they offer, and we often forget one important thing - everything starts with electricity. If there is no power, there is no Internet and smart technologies become worthless. Electricity is the core element of any breakthrough.
If the is a fault in electricity supply, we are unable to use lighting gear, household appliances, trolleybuses; the planes cannot take off to the sky or land, not a single money transaction is possible; surgical operations are being stopped, and shops do not sell any products. Electricity runs all the important processes in human life.
Electrical Energetics Engineering is a developing field that faces the implementation of effective newest technologies for the production and transmission of electricity.
Electrical Energetics Engineering study programme provides skills to design, control, and analyze electrical energetics systems; abilities to create and apply engineering solutions starting from electric power production and transmission to management. This is a long way from electric power production to its consumption.
An electrical energetics engineer is a person, who is able to solve any electric power production, supply and allocation problem. Solutions are especially important, as one needs not only the general understanding to work with high tension, but also needs fast decision making skills. The responsibility is immense, however, this work is well-paid and guaranteed as the market suffers the deficiency in electrical engineers.
