This course is ideal for smaller workplaces that present few health and safety risks.

Basic life saving Emergency First Aid in compliance with the Health & Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981.

Course content

· Health and safety (first aid) regulations

· Managing an incident

· The priorities of first aid

· Treatment of an unconscious casualty

· Resuscitation

· Shock

· Bleeding

· Common workplace injuries.

In addition to the core subjects as listed above, an additional 1 hour is available to cover specific areas that are appropriate to your organisation.
