Course Content

Companies are increasingly recognising the key role emotional intelligence has in the overall effectiveness of the organisation. Managers and Team Leaders in particular, are required to fulfil a much broader remit - not just to have technical or specialist expertise, but also to have a range of personal attributes and abilities.
