Jonathan, holds an Advanced Diploma in Education from the University of London and an MBA from Hull University. He has run a number of successful small businesses and so combines real practical experience with over 17 years of lecturing experience. Jonathan continues to work at a senior level in a number of small and medium-sized enterprises. He has carried out extensive research into his specialist area of bullying in the workplace, which gained him a distinction on his MBA dissertation.

Emotional intelligence has been identified as a key leadership skill for the future. The course will explore emotional intelligence and discover how it can be harnessed by individuals and organisations. Participants will learn how emotional intelligence can help people not only as managers and employees but also how it can help in life generally. The course will look at the key areas of emotional intelligence and transactional analysis, investigating the relationship between these an other behavioural psychologies.
