Emotional Intelligence is defined as a set of competencies which demonstrate the ability to effectively manage emotions in ourselves and with others. Emotional Intelligence increases our ability to make good decisions, build relationships, deal with stress and cope with change and is seen as a highly valued skill within the workplace. Our course will provide each delegate with the fundamental knowledge required to develop their awareness of Emotional Intelligence and in doing so help them to perform more effectively.
