The suite of EDI Level 4 qualifications in Employment Related Services are designed to contribute towards meeting the professionalisation of the employment related services sector.

Their purpose is to recognise and develop the knowledge, understanding and performance requirements of Managers and Advanced Practitioners working within the sector, and to reflect the breadth of service delivered by employment related services professionals.

Learners may choose to complete the EDI Level 4 Diploma in Employment Related Services as part of the Higher Apprenticeship framework in Employment Related Services.
