This day course explores several ideas present in globalisation studies - i.e. nationalist neo-liberalism (e.g.
Trumpianism, Brexiteerism), post-national urbanism (e.g. networks of world cities), corporatist neo-liberalism,
regionalism (e.g. ASEAN, EU) and potential emerging neo-empires (e.g. empires of affiliation in distinction to
colonialism).
