Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship (Mechanical) - SEMTA LocationOff Site Course Overview Apply Now 3 Year programme with 1 day a week at college during the first two years and a further year of study focusing on Work Based Development. Weymouth College engineering apprentices gain industry recognised qualifications and are trained on conventional, as well as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. You will have access to state-of-the-art welding equipment and our Computer-Aided Design (CAD) training suite.

Ideally you will have 5 GCSEs at a minimum grade C including Maths (Grade B), English and Science, or AS/A Levels or an appropriate Level 2 qualification. Interview with the Work Based Learning Support Officer is required for this course.
