Engineering - Engineering Extended Diploma (Level 3)
This course is primarily an exciting 2 year pathway for students wishing to go onto university to study engineering. It is a specifically designed study program which will give you the flexibility to both progress within the college, or Higher Education.
Most students will enter onto this course via successful completion of year 1, but if you have high enough grades then you may enrol straight onto this course.
In addition to this you will also go out on a work placement making you more employable, work with real employers on real industrial projects and work with experienced engineering tutors in a vocational setting. In addition to this you will also study core A-level maths.

The course runs in new facilities at our Printworks Campus. 5 GCSE grades A*- B including English Language, maths and Science. Past students have gone onto full degree courses in: structural, civil, aeronautical, automotive, motor sport, design and mechanical engineering.
