About this course
The main focus will be linked to change and innovation in cancer care practice through a practice based project. It will examine the environment in which organisations function, and the culture and professional standards that operate within the organisation. It will offer the potential for self-development as an agent for change and enable participants to challenge assumptions and think in new and innovative ways.
This degree level module will enable Macmillan professionals to develop the skills and knowledge required to facilitate a cancer service improvement through service re-design in relation to cancer management. It will also offer Macmillan professionals the opportunity to examine the evidence related to cancer management and care in order to justify and support the need for innovation in cancer services re-design.
