This course is suitable for anyone wishing to develop cookery skills and knowledge when entertaining at home and wanting to make a good impression.

Description Breakdown:
The course will consist of practical demonstrations and workshops taught by a professional chef. Dishes prepared and cooked will theme on both formal and informal occasions and will include canapes. All ingredients will utilise fresh seasonal products.
