Course Description:
The course introduces some IT skills in word processing, spreadsheets graphics software and how to get the best out of the internet! There is also a large element of English and Maths work to build skills to enable progression to level 1 courses

Finding information on the internet
English work includes vocabulary building, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Maths work includes handling money, handling whole numbers.

Trips Residentials: The course is part practical and part theory and will include visits and group work as well as individual study/research. You will not spend all your time working on a computer.
