Students will participate in competitive sport and fitness sessions and will develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding alongside practical skills in the following areas:

• Investigating work opportunities
• Well-being & physical fitness
• Developing team-working skills
• Self-discipline & development
• Basic map reading and navigation
• Health, safety & emergency training

The course includes a mixture of theory and practical sessions, including interesting and informative outdoor sessions and visits with the Civilian and Uniformed Services.
