Students will participate in competitive sport and fitness sessions and will develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding alongside practical skills in the following areas:

• Investigating employment
• Exploring physical fitness
• Developing team-working skills
• Health & Safety and hygiene
• Map reading and navigation
• Uniformed Services routines
• Exploring telecommunications
