Course Content
Students will participate in competitive sports coaching and physical fitness sessions. Students will develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding alongside practical skills in the following areas:

• Entry to the Uniformed Service of your choice
• Refining leadership skills
• Legal implications of physical actions
• Advanced map reading and navigation across open country
• Understanding current affairs
• Understanding personal protection

The course includes a mixture of theory and practical sessions, including outdoor sessions and visits with the Civilian and Uniformed Services.
