What I would highlight: Very useful course with plenty of practical team exercises. The trainer made sure that the importance of the allergen compliances were completely understood by the participants. Definitely we feel more confident now to introduce controls into the business.

What I would highlight: Really interesting course, I learnt a lot of things. Specifically, I thought the training about how to write a HACCP plan was very helpful, as much as the layout and flow charts. I would definitely recommend Envesca to anyone expecting to learn more about HACCP.

Level 4 Food Hygiene Refresher

What I would highlight: I’ve found the course is interesting, informative and truly enjoyable. It really was a useful refresher of some key aspects of managing food safety effectively. The course materials were high quality and the knowledge and experience of the trainer made this a great course which I would definitely recommend.
