What I would highlight: The booking system was effective and the study materials arrived at my home on time. I was assuming a risk by taking Level 4 because I had never taken any of the CIEH courses before but found the course was interesting and somehow fun too. It had a combination of good teaching, group exercises and interaction with the classmates, that where from different industries.

What I would highlight: I’m truly grateful with Simon for the professional way he imparted the course –it made my job as Health and Safety Manager an easy task. What I would highlight: Truly enjoyable course. This has been my 4th time doing food hygiene training but this was the best one! I’m sure the other participants enjoyed it too. The teacher’s enthusiasm kept everybody entertained and made the learning process more relaxing.

We are a registered training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and provide nationally recognised certification for the majority of our food safety and health and safety training courses.Our professional team of experienced trainers deliver effective training in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of group discussion and activities in order to make the day both interesting and rewarding.We use the latest technology incorporating computer projection and videos, together with demonstrations and practical exercises. We are able to tailor training to suit any situation and are happy to overcome language barriers, using pictures and translated resources. The CIEH produce some course materials and examinations in different languages.
