"Course Description
This Equality and Diversity course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to help reduce discrimination in direct, associative, perceptive and indirect forms in the workplace.
The course is a combination of theoretical knowledge and interactive activities that are designed to help you learn all about equality in the workplace.
As you progress through this course you will become familiar with the main principles of equality and diversity, the different types of discrimination, and the legal consequences of discrimination.
