What I would highlight: Purchased a number of these courses for staff and was amazed at the communication between HRUK and myself. I was provided with full reports whenever I requested them so I could keep on top of staff progress.
What could be improved: My staff were able to change their access codes and setup and email and password, this caused some people to forget their login details. This caused minor dificulties.
