What I would highlight: When Eskil started to speak to me a week before the workshop, I realised that this was going to be different to other training that I had attended in UAE and other parts of GCC. The facilitators were very well briefed, the content was focused on us carrying out many exercises and the case studies helped to explain key points. The venue and meals were of a high standard and the workbooks full of useful information. I feel that I earned my certificate!
What could be improved: Everything good.

What I would highlight: I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.
What could be improved: Nothing.

What I would highlight: I have attended many leadership workshops and was not sure what to expect from Eskil. I had spoken to their Concierge Team and have never been interviewed about why I am attending, what I am seeking to learn, and why I had chosen this specific workshop. The liaison was very efficient and the pack supplied to the delegates was the best that I have ever seen. The other delegates were operating at Director level and so the conversations were as valuable as the content and the facilitators. I have advised other directors in the organisation to consider Eskil’s workshops.
What could be improved: No complaints.

What I would highlight: I have been on a number of Eskil’s sales programs and they are excellent trainers who make the topic simple to understand. I understand that the sales team is a key part of the business and needs to communicate better with the different departments as a single sale is just part of a much bigger opportunity.

What I would highlight: I have been increasingly interested in what it takes to become a facilitator within our consultancy. After reading up on what it takes, it was obvious that Emotional Intelligence was going to be important and so I completed the EI assessment with Eskil and attended their 2-day workshop about workplace emotional intelligence in Puerto Rico. The two days were very well spent with me being able to explore what emotional intelligence is, how it can be applied in my work, and how I can develop my facilitation skills.

What I would highlight: I already have my MBA and wanted to add psychology to my skills. After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

Executive Team Cohesiveness

What I would highlight: Three of us attended Eskil’s workshop and it was a very interesting introduction to team cohesiveness. Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.
