Course Aims:
To enable participants to cope with simple communicative situations in every day contexts

Course Content:
* Understand and use expressions in familiar surroundings
* Use initial social contact language
* Recognise frequently used words
* Explore relationships between basic sounds and printed letters

ESOL Entry level one course

Awarding Body:
Trinity

Exam:
By spoken examination

Qualification:
Trinity qualification at the appropriate level

Pre-Entry Level

None, subject to eligibility

Duration:
3 hours per week for 30 weeks
