Event photography is one of the largest growth areas in photography, capturing guests at large functions from corporate events to society balls and weddings. It provides entertainment for guests and mementos they can take home. This course will teach you how to shoot the pictures that guests really want. It will guide you in how to arrange large groups of people and turn these formal set-ups into great images that people can’t resist buying. Find out about the printers, backdrops, and lighting forming the backbone of a successful event photography business. Learn about negotiating deals suppliers for print media, mounts and other consumables. Understand where to generate business, and how to communicate with clients and close your deals.

About this course
• Know the best way to pose people in order to sell more pictures

You will need to bring a note pad (digital or paper based) to record your own notes and a memory stick to save your work on. Please note we will be working on Apple Macs; PC-formatted memory sticks can be read by Apple Macs, but not written to..
