This is the ultimate leadership development programme - packed full of practical ideas and everyday activities that make your life easier and your employees happier. NLP is the study of excellence. It's built on a process for understanding the structure of successful behaviour combined with a complete toolkit of techniques created by analysing success in common areas such as, communication, self-management, learning and resilience. What makes this toolkit uniquely useful is that all the tools generate results quickly, without lots of repetition or effort. Some people have compared NLP to 'getting a copy of the user's manual for your brain'. Others refer to the tools as 'Jedi mind tricks'. The truth is, they are all practical ways of improving your effectiveness and your enjoyment at work. Of the people in corporate jobs who have taken this training with us in the past, 81% increased their value so much that they achieved a promotion within a year of taking the course.

8 Reasons to do your Practitioner Training with Brilliant Minds:
1. As a Senior Manager, Director, Technical Professional or Business Owner, you benefit from training that is focused on business success and from working in a peer group of business leaders
2. The training includes a business-based project focused on results that demonstrate a clear return on your investment of time and money
3. You're part of a small group and you get personal attention, feedback and coaching with me to ensure that you fulfill your reasons for taking the training
4. You get telephone support between modules to ensure that you get the most value from trying out the skills in everyday situations
5. You DON'T have to do lots of self-study before you arrive at the training so there's no danger that you - or anyone else in the group - starts the training at a disadvantage because they've been too busy to prepare thoroughly
6. With me, you're working with an NLP Master Trainer with 23 years' experience of using NLP at senior level in business. I've won a National Training Award for my work
7. You have a one-to-one call with me before the programme begins to establish your goals for the training and beyond
8. The modular approach means that you can try out your new skills between sessions and then compare notes with other group members and refine your approach

On receiving your request, we'll contact you to arrange a time for you to speak to Dianne Lowther, the course Trainer, to get all your questions answered and work out the best way forward for you.

NLP is a set of practical skills. It's a bit like learning to play a musical instrument or a sport. Knowing the rules won't make you a great tennis player - you need to learn the skills, put in lots of practice and get feedback from a Coach. It's the same with NLP - the information is interesting, but the real value comes from developing the skills. That takes time.

Short 'Practitioner' courses rely on you doing a lot of background reading or audio programmes (maybe 30-40 hours of it!) and on you practicing in your own time without the benefit of a coach. For some people, that works just fine, but most of my clients are busy people with hugely responsible jobs and a packed schedule. It's easier just to block the 20 days out of your calendar and turn up, knowing that it doesn't matter if you haven't given the programme a moment's thought until you arrived.
There's always going to be someone who can do it cheaper or who can cut out another day. If you just want the Certificate, that's fine. But if you want to actually get the benefits of applying NLP in everyday situations, you're going to need to time to assimilate it and discover how it works for you.

In 2010 I stopped running the NLP Practitioner programme in favour of a condensed 4-day programme, on the basis that it would be more practical for business leaders. In 2012 I decided that there really is no substitute for a ‘proper’ Practitioner programme and on the basis that I want to deliver the best learning I can for my clients, I reinstated the 20-day programme. Sometimes there really isn’t a shortcut to success.
