About the course
This course is aimed at people who hope to achieve a management position within the rapidly expanding industry of Hospitality, including Conferences and Event Management.
For those students already in employment, the Foundation Degree in Management (Hospitality) is a route to achieve further career progression within the workplace, where skills and competencies will be assessed. Students will work with tutors who have a wide and relevant industrial experience.
You will learn in our industry-standard commercial Gallery Restaurant.  The restaurant is open to the public so you’ll be gaining real practical experience. The Foundation Degree is available as a part-time programme, organised into HE academic years consisting of two semesters, each of weeks duration.
