Course programme
We will look at different aspects of how we use our whole selves and the ground to find stability on one leg and make an easy transition to being stable on the other leg.
The course is practical, experiential and verbally led. The tutor will guide you through a series of slow, small movements, asking you to pay attention to your sensations. The movements are explored by the student at their own pace. Many of the exercises are done lying on the floor and then taken into upright movement immediately afterwards. There could be some partner observation exercises.Additional information
