Financial Studies

This 2 year course has been designed to encourage individuals to be inspired to meet their lifetime financial aspirations.  This will be achieved by teaching students to apply appropriate solutions from the evolving financial services market.  You will study
units as follows:

Year 1 (Certificate)

Why Money Matters

Risk and reward in personal finance.

Making personal financial judgments.

Financial capabilities in medium and short term.

Year 2 (Diploma)

Financial capabilities in medium and long term.

In addition to providing an important life skill, the certificate is equivalent to an AS Level and the Diploma is equivalent to a full A Level and offers the same UCAS points.
