Candidates will have knowledge of the causes, effects, hazards and risks of Fire ØCandidates will understand the effect that fire can have on structures, and persons within the structure. ØCandidates will understand the need for an emergency planning for fire safety, this to include means of escape, means of fighting fire, and firefighting equipment necessary for the environment in which they work ØCandidates will be able to undertake a fire risk assessment and complete the records required.
