Description
It is a requirement of the Health & Safety law that employers provide a safe and healthy environment to work in. If your assessment of First Aid needs highlights the need to maintain the qualification of your First Aiders, then this course will provide you with that.
This comprehensive 2-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way. In addition to this, should there have been any change to protocols during their initial qualification, then this will be updated.
This course will give the participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Duration
A minimum of 12 hours spread over at least 2 days. Ideally, the course should be run over 2 consecutive days, but we have the flexibility to accommodate your specific needs if you so desire.

Certification
Subject to assessment, all participants will be issued a First Aid at Work certificate and a wallet card approved by the Health and Safety Executive for a further 3 years.
Numbers
A maximum of 12 students can be accommodated on this course and each participant must have a valid First Aid at Work qualification that has not lapsed.

We are able to deliver this course on your site, subject to a pre-course assessment of your premises, reducing your costs in respect of additional time out and travelling.
