Course programme

Combilift can do the job of "2 machines in 1", a Combilift can operate as a counterbalance forklift and as a sideloader. Some Combilift advantages are: block stacking, low platform height, better forklift utilisation so less forklifts are required.

What does the course cover?

  • Fork Lifts and the Law
  • Operator's Safety Code
  • Basic & Advanced Steering, Stacking, De-stacking,
  • Picking Up & Setting Down
  • Theory Test
  • Major Component Identification, Pre-use Inspection & Reporting
  • Practical Skills Test

When an operator has successfully completed these courses they will have been educated in relevant legislation, will have demonstrated correct operational procedure to RTITB standards and will receive a Certificate of Basic Training, Operator's photo-card ID, Training record and copies of all course work.
