This half day course is designed to be of benefit to those who will be involved in the preparation of business plans as part of the business development or their management duties.

Overview

Business planning is an essential management function and a critical part of the success of a modern organisation, but too often there are either inadequate or no formal documentation. When business plans are required for external purposes, for example to raise finance, a formal business plan will be required.

This course will examine the fundamentals of a business plan and through the use of practical examples demonstrate best practice to delegates.
