If you aspire to a career in IT support or if you are already working in an IT role and want to upgrade your qualifications and your earnings potential, then this Foundation degree can provide you with the skills, knowledge and other attributes that organisations are currently demanding from IT support staff. In addition the course also gives you the option of gaining a valuable CNNA industry standard qualification to further boost your personal profile and give you the competitive edge in the job market. The course comprises subjects that reflect the working environment of ICT support giving you the knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to confidently offer IT support to end-users in a range of IT settings. You will develop technical skills to support an IT infrastructure as well as planning and management skills to enable you, as a technician, to offer a high quality of service within an organisation.
